Alana graduated from BOVTS as an award winning student in 2019, in her short career so far she has designed for regional Theatres, designed and made props, makeup and costumes and has assisted various established designers. She has also designed and run theatre design workshops for drama colleges. Her previous and ongoing career as a makeup artist adds another valuable skill to her repertoire.

During lockdown Alana set up a Whitecard Collective, a community of recent graduates, looking to support and empower early career designers.
